Marketing Coordinator


We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing materials, executing digital campaigns and social media programs, supporting video production, tracking results and other activities that help drive success for our partners and customers. We’re looking for someone who likes working on a team, has exceptional communication skills, is highly organized, detail oriented, and is ready to multitask.

  • Assist with preparing and coordinating marketing communication programs including email marketing, digital campaigns, and website updates
  • Support the creative design of innovative and effective presentations and communication materials, which may include PowerPoints, collateral and print media
  • Help develop and implement social media strategies, campaigns and visual assets; monitor, cultivate and analyze performance on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Assist with product demo video production and editing
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure our website, and other communications accurately reflect our brand
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned to contribute to the objectives of the department
  • Ensure project tasks and deliverables are met within provided time frame


  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related area
  • 3+ years of experience with digital marketing and graphic design initiatives
  • Experience executing digital and social marketing activities including web content management systems, web analytics and digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong design instinct and creative energy
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of content management platforms such as WordPress
  • Proficiency with Video and Audio software
  • Basic knowledge of HTML code preferred
